Training System of BALANCED Intelligence™ Games at Training Centre

當孩子需要更多人際溝通和團隊合作等技巧訓練,平衡智能™在培訓中心提供適當的環境和活動給他們自律地一齊玩遊戲。
Whenever children need more practice on social, communication and co-operation skills, BALANCED Intelligence™ provides the appropriate social environment and activities for them at our training centre.

我們的培訓方法是在引導的環境下(Guided Environment)、與不同的孩子學習齊齊玩 (Mix and Match) 具學習重點的互動遊戲 (Structured Games) ,讓孩子體會與人相處的樂趣和技巧。
Our training approach is to provide a guided environment to mix children playing structured games together, children can experience socializing techniques while enjoy playing.

參加了平衡智能™的遊戲後,在首個培訓循環的遊戲,孩子先完成20個基本集體遊戲,掌握遊戲節奏。主要是培訓他們與別人相處的技巧。在每一個遊戲裡,孩子也要習慣與別人合作來完成遊戲,導師的任務是引導他們學懂與人相處、欣賞別人,禮貌等技巧。

In the first training cycle, kids practise 20 basic concept games so as to get used to the rhythms and ground rules of playing group games. The ultimate goal is to facilitate kids to get along with each other. In every game, kids will have to be co-operative so as to complete the game. Trainers’ role is to facilitate them to be courteous and appreciate others by highlighting what they have achieved naturally.

孩子在遊戲裡最能表現真我,因此在第二個培訓循環的遊戲,導師可以藉此觀察他們待人處事的方式和強弱項,然後便根據他們的行為表現和需要來設計適合他們的遊戲,從而引導他們改善弱點或增強優點。
Kids show off naturally when playing, trainers can identify their strengths and weaknesses through observing how they deal with others in different group situations. Trainers will select structured games so that kids can try to balance off their weaknesses by their own strengths. They can also try to unite well with others by balancing strengths and weaknesses within the team.

進入第三個培訓循環的遊戲時,熟能生巧,孩子基本上已經可以與不同年齡的孩子、環境轉變等情況下也可以玩不同種類和規則的遊戲。當孩子習慣了遊戲學習時,無論教甚麼、學甚麼,他們都會當作不同的遊戲規則,容易適應,輕鬆學習。這代表孩子已奠定了合作遊戲的基礎,加上配合遊戲中的觀察法,因應每位孩子的個別發展,從而設計配套來提升個人素質。

Entering another 2 cycles of advanced training, practice makes perfect, kids can naturally play with children of any age and in different group games. They can adapt to different play environment, all they ask is only the rules of the game. As soon as kids get used to play co-operatively, they can adapt to learn in group setting easily. This represents that kids have already achieved the techniques of cooperation and coordination. At this stage, all we need to do is to provide different group activities to elevate their all-round capabilities.

孩子善用自己的強項去改進弱點的能力 (個人層面);及善於平衡各組員的強弱項,令組員可互相扶持、互相依靠的協作能力 (群體層面) 。每個人都具有不同的特質、優點與弱點,尤如處身於「平衡板」上,不但要能夠平衡自己,找出平衡點,而且要配合其他在板上的隊員維持平衡。終極目標是培訓孩子學懂禮貌、與人相處,自覺地有規律地一齊玩,日後孩子亦能有規律地一起合作做事。

Children learn to be independent by balancing off their weaknesses by their own strengths (individual level); and increase their level of interdependence to unite well with others by balancing strengths and weaknesses within the team (group level). Kids having different characteristics, strengths and weaknesses are like keeping their own individuality on a balance, while they have to operate in coordination with other members keeping all well on the same balance. The ultimate goal is that kids learn to be courteous to get along well with others; they play with rules together, then they can also work with rules as they grow up.

 

孩子帶備足夠飲用水 (訓練孩子飲水的良好習慣)。
Kids have to bring along enough drinking water (This is to train up good habit of drinking water)

(孩子自備茶點訓練餐桌上的社交,分享食物的概念)
Kids have to bring along simple snacks to class (This is to train up social skills and sharing concepts during recess)


按孩子年齡能力分班分組 (導師比例1 : 8)。
Kids are grouped according to capabilities (Trainer to Child ratio is 1:8)
