平衡智能™於2007年成立了遊戲教研發展基金,為註冊非牟利團體編號:(1161126),從事遊戲活動的研究、設計、推行和推廣工作,致力發展人材,透過與不同機構和團體合作,把遊戲教育推廣至家庭、學校、社區,普及社會。

遊戲教研基金

要培育社會的人力資源,自少培養團隊合群工作的能力,包括態度、技巧和智識 (Attitude, Skills, Knowledge)

遊戲活動是最直接有效的培訓方法(training medium);在遊戲互動中自然顯現了孩子在群體相處中所表現的強弱點。培訓的理念是從欣賞孩子的優點,然後善用優點去平衡其他的弱點。

遊戲和工作一樣有不同的規律,也是和不同人一起合作做;目標是培訓孩子自覺地有規律地一齊玩,日後孩子亦能有規律地一起合作做事。

通過遊戲活動去建立與人相處工作的基本能力,然後再認識不同工作的特質和實際經驗,瞭解在實際工作環境的運用、分享學習心得,增加學習興趣。

研究、設計、推行和推廣遊戲活動給家庭、學校及社區,以至社會普及。

Objectives

Study, design, develop, conduct and promote games and activities to develop social competence;
Study and organise games and activities with learning points to foster learning interest;
Encourage and train parents to play games with children and build up parent-child relationship;
Encourage and train teachers to play games with students to motivate lively learning environment;
Build up team environment through organising games and activities to develop team competence;
Train and develop children with positive character through playing interactive games independently and deliberately;
Organise activities to facilitate understanding of different sports, hobbies, positive interests and their required competence;
Study, design and organise activities to develop pre-requisites, generic competence and specific competence for each profession;
Organise activities to foster smooth transition from education to workand

Concept

Society is a system with gear wheels interacting with each other. Rotation of one of the gears necessarily causes the other gear to rotate.

To develop human resources, we need to develop children’s social competence (Attitude, Skills, Knowledge) at young so that they can work as a team. Training through games and activities is an effective medium; children will naturally display their strengths and weaknesses during human interactions at games. The concept of development starts from identification and appreciation of children’s strengths, then make the best use of their strengths to balance off their weakness and build up their overall competence. Playing with rules is similar to working with rules; both require interactions with people. The objective is to develop children playing together independently and deliberately so that they can apply the same at work. Children can further develop positive interests through exposure in different sports and hobbies. They gain understanding and exposure of different profession through activities so that they are motivated to learn and build up the pre-requisites, generic competence and specific competence for professions. The overall objective is to foster smooth transition from education to work. We study, design, develop, conduct and promote games and activities to families, schools, communities and to the general public.
